Biography

Léa is a Manager and member of the technical team at Pangolin Associates. She holds a Master of Chemical Engineering from the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse, France, with a specialisation in industrial project management.

Prior to joining Pangolin, Léa worked across both multinational organisations and start-ups in the healthcare and beauty sectors. Beginning her career as a Regulatory and Quality Associate, she later progressed to Product Development Manager, where she helped organisations establish robust quality management systems and ensure products met European, American and Australian quality and safety standards.

Driven by a strong commitment to environmental and social outcomes, Léa transitioned into the sustainability sector and joined Pangolin Associates to help organisations better understand and manage their environmental impacts.

Outside of her professional role, Léa is a strong advocate for sustainable living and enjoys sharing practical ways to reduce environmental impact with friends, family and the wider community. She is also passionate about animal welfare and ocean conservation and volunteers as a project leader with the Australian environmental organisation Take 3 for the Sea.
