Vladimir is a Principal Consultant at Pangolin Associates with more than 20 years of global experience across finance, strategy, transactions and project advisory. He works closely with clients to navigate the complexities of decarbonisation, providing pragmatic, financially grounded advice that supports confident decision-making. Drawing on deep expertise in risk assessment and financial evaluation, Vladimir helps organisations identify commercially viable and strategically aligned pathways to achieve their climate objectives.

Before joining Pangolin, Vladimir held senior finance roles at BHP for almost 15 years, supporting large-scale projects across the mining, metals and infrastructure sectors. Prior to BHP, he worked within EY’s Business Advisory division and held earlier roles in the engineering and construction industries.

Vladimir holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and an MBA from Melbourne Business School. He has worked on projects across South America, North America, Europe, Africa and Australia.
