Agathe is a Senior Consultant in Pangolin Associates’ technical team. She specialises in organisational carbon footprint assessments, Climate Active certification, Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) and circular economy strategies. Agathe works with organisations across a range of sectors to measure environmental impacts, identify emissions reduction opportunities and improve sustainability performance throughout their value chains.

Agathe holds a Master of Materials Engineering from ENSEEIHT (National School of Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Hydraulics and Telecommunications) in France. She began her career in the aerospace industry, where she spent several years supporting the industrialisation of new processes. Witnessing the environmental impacts associated with the sector motivated her to further her studies and pursue a Master’s degree in Sustainability and Environmental Sciences at Mines Paris.

Her professional experience includes roles with Suez Group, where she contributed to carbon reduction initiatives in the water treatment sector, and Clarins, where she played a key role in advancing the company’s circular economy strategy.

Agathe is passionate about helping organisations transition to more sustainable operating models and strongly believes in the value of sharing knowledge to drive positive environmental outcomes.

Outside of work, Agathe enjoys running and hiking in nature. She is committed to leading by example, actively reducing her own environmental footprint and pursuing a low-waste lifestyle.
