Sanjana is a Senior Consultant at Pangolin Associates with 7 years of experience across climate consulting, in-house ESG operations and local government. She supports organisations in meeting mandatory and voluntary climate reporting requirements, including National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (NGER), National Pollutant Inventory (NPI) reporting, Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS) disclosures, greenhouse gas inventories, Climate Active carbon neutrality certification, and lifecycle assessments.

Prior to joining Pangolin Associates, Sanjana worked at Energetics, an ERM company, where she supported clients across a range of sectors, particularly mining, industrial materials, and manufacturing. Her experience includes carbon accounting, particularly NGER and Scope 3 value chain emissions reporting, lifecycle assessments, decarbonisation strategy development, and net zero planning.

Sanjana holds a Master of Environment and Sustainability from Monash University and a Bachelor of Technology from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education. She is passionate about delivering impact-based outcomes and brings a multidisciplinary perspective with her background to sustainability challenges.

Outside of work, Sanjana volunteers with a not-for-profit organisation called Our Future Cities, which fosters knowledge sharing on sustainable futures, connects industry networks for collaborative urban design projects, and supports capability building in sustainability practices within urban environments.
