Louis is a Consultant in Pangolin Associates’ Melbourne office. He brings experience in climate change communication, stakeholder engagement, team leadership and sustainability program delivery. His expertise includes organisational carbon footprint assessments, Climate Active certification and stakeholder engagement initiatives that support organisational sustainability objectives.

Prior to joining Pangolin Associates, Louis worked as a Sustainability Officer at the City of Monash, where he led the Gardens for Wildlife program, produced the council’s sustainability newsletter and conducted waste audits to improve resource recovery and recycling outcomes across the municipality.

In 2024, Louis completed a placement with the Victorian Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA), working within the Energy Group to identify and scope energy innovation projects.

Louis holds a Master of Environment and Sustainability from Monash University, specialising in Leadership for Sustainable Development. His academic background, combined with a passion for environmental action, enables him to help organisations develop practical and effective climate solutions.

Outside of work, Louis enjoys travelling, hiking and spending time with his two greyhounds, Otis and Orla. Sustainability is central to his lifestyle, and he enjoys activities such as gardening and plant-based cooking.
