Alon is a Client Solutions Manager at Pangolin Associates with experience across both the public and private sectors. He has a background in technology transformation, sustainability reporting, strategy and program delivery, modern slavery and ethical supply chains, and social impact.

Alon holds a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW and the University of Sydney) and is currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Social Impact. He has a particular interest in the role capital markets can play in driving decarbonisation and positive social outcomes, and in helping organisations develop the strategies required to successfully deliver these outcomes.

Alon is a professional member of the Carbon Market Institute (CMI), Smart Energy Council and Australian Computer Society. He also volunteers with the United Nations Association of Australia (NSW Division).

Prior to joining Pangolin, Alon worked extensively in the technology sector, leading regional IT functions, consumer experience programs and the development of new business capabilities.

Outside of work, Alon enjoys spending time in the surf and the bush and is actively working towards achieving a net zero household.
