Sophia is a Data Systems Analyst with a background in data analytics, reporting and business optimisation. Prior to joining Pangolin Associates, she worked at Accenture, delivering analytics and operational improvement projects across a range of industries. Her experience includes developing analytics solutions for collections optimisation, with a focus on identifying process bottlenecks, improving visibility across order-to-cash operations, and supporting more effective collection strategies and operational performance.

Sophia is currently completing a Master of Commerce at the University of Sydney, specialising in Data Analytics and Strategy, Innovation and Management. Her academic work has included projects focused on greenhouse gas monitoring innovation, ESG reporting and social entrepreneurship. Through her studies, she developed a strong interest in the role of data and technology in supporting sustainability reporting and driving sustainable business outcomes.

At Pangolin, Sophia applies her analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making and the continuous improvement of sustainability reporting systems and processes.

Outside of work, Sophia enjoys photography, exploring Sydney’s coffee scene and spending time outdoors. She is particularly interested in sustainability initiatives that combine data, technology and community impact.
