Group Power Purchase Agreements

For organisations without sufficient energy demand to support a standalone PPA, Group PPAs provide an alternative pathway to renewable energy procurement.

A Group Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) enables multiple organisations to combine their electricity demand and collectively procure renewable energy from a developer or retailer. By aggregating demand, participating organisations can access the scale and buying power needed to secure long-term pricing and contract terms that may otherwise only be available to large energy users.

Coordinating multiple organisations within a Group PPA requires clear governance arrangements and effective stakeholder engagement. We work closely with participants to establish commercially aligned terms and conditions, helping manage risk, maximise the benefits of collective purchasing power and support long-term decarbonisation objectives.
